The PM Zoran Zaev met on Monday in the Government the French Ambassador to Macedonia Christian Thimonier. As the governmental press service reports, Zaev and Thimonier spoke about Macedonia’s integration in the EU, with Thimonier reiterating the French support for Macedonia, and once again accented the importance of implementation of reforms. “We are strongly dedicated to the reforms in the judicial sector, like the new Law on Public Prosecution, since efficient judiciary is very important when it comes to the integration in the EU,” Zaev told Thimonier. The interlocutors also discussed economic topics, with Zaev presenting his plans for increase of salaries and pensions by the end of 2019.
