Regarding the Israel situation, PM Dimitar Kovacevski is adamant that the Foreign Ministry’s Crisis Staff is doing everything to rescue all nationals of North Macedonia.
“Part of citizens, around 50, have been located. There are still ones with whom contact hasn’t been established. Work on that and on them leaving Israel and safely returning home is underway,” he points out.
However, North Macedonia national Kamelija Filipovska, who is in Ashdod, which was attacked on Monday morning, has told her parents that there is insufficient support from North Macedonia’s Embassy and that it’s fully uncertain when evacuation will be provided for all those waiting to get on the first plane, Kanal 5 reports.
20 nationals from North Macedonia have been evacuated, the Ministry said on Monday.
