TV 24 reported Thursday, citing sources from within the government, that the government plans to initiate a procedure for dismissal of Prosecutor General Ljupcho Kocevski by the end of December.
Deputy Justice Minister Alen Dereban stated in a previous occasion that Kocevski will be dismissed, but did not specify when exactly that would happen. A procedure for Kocevski’s dismissal was initiated around the start of 2025, but was put on hold due to the Kochani fire tragedy.
