By the year end, all ministries will need to be certified with the ISO standard while the remaining state institutions that have not provided funds for that purpose are obligated to introduce the standard by the end of 2014.
These obligations are foreseen with the Draft law on introducing quality management system and common framework for evaluation of the operations and provision of services in the state administration adopted by the Government on Tuesday. “The introduction of the quality management system should provide high level of user satisfaction with services from the state administration by living up to or exceeding their expectations,” said Minister of IT Society and Administration at Thursday’s press conference.
