103 New Cases, 5 Deceased and 13 Recovered from COVID-19 Virus

In the last 24-hour period 841 tests have been performed, 123 of which from the pre-school screening, which have confirmed 103 new COVID-19 cases. During the same period five people passed away from the virus and 13 were cured. Since the start of the epidemic there have been 4,157 cases. According to the latest statistics, from the 193 people who have passed away from the virus since the beginning of the pandemic, 76 percent had chronic illnesses, and most were aged over 60. In regard of the state of the hospitals, the Health Minister has informed that there are 318 hospitalized patients at the moment, out of who only 37 are receiving oxygen support and none need mechanical ventilation.
