77 Years Since Founding of Red Cross Marked

“Our work over the years is just an argumentative testimony of humanity and solidarity that helps to overcome the human abyss that causes the apocalypse in human life. The power of humanity ensures that the Red Cross embodies solidarity and humanity among the people. In our ranks there are enough, so that no one in the world is left alone and helpless, and we are worth as much as we aid others,” said the Secretary General of the Red Cross, Sait Saiti at the celebration of the 77^th anniversary of the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia and 27 years of full membership in the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Saiti stressed that to their great satisfaction the number of volunteers in the organization is increasing every year and, as he said, this is not a coincidence. Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski, was awarded medal for the Government at the celebration, as a supporter of the humanitarian mission of the organization.
