The Alliance for Albanians announced that it will file an initiative to the Constitutional Court of Macedonia for evaluating the constitutionality of the Law on Amnesty. “The law will provide amnesty for people which were directly involved in the incidents that took place in the Parliament on 27 April 2017. The Alliance for Albanians did not provide support for this law, and we are conducting a procedure for evaluation of this law’s constitutionality,” said AA MP Surija Rushiti, adding that they will attempt to dispute this law because it only covers one category of people and only one event.
