Within the continuation of the 59th session, Parlaiment adopted the Draft-Law on Amending the Law on Parlaiment, in a shortened procedure, in the second and third reading. The law was submitted by Talat Xhaferi, Jovan Mitreski, Arber Ademi, Goran Misovski, Nikola Micevski and Panco Minov. Parlaiment Speaker Talat Xhaferi informed that this law is adopted by a majority vote of the present MPs, and there must be a majority of the MPs present belonging to the communities that are not the majority in the country. By raising a green card or ‘for’ voted 78 MPs, one MP voted ‘abstained’ and there were no ‘against’ votes. With the proposed solutions in the Law, partial administrative independence of the Service of Parliament should be achieved, which will be expressed through the establishment of internal procedures for adoption of acts for internal organization and systematization of jobs. Xhaferi informed that MPs Arber Ademi, Jovan Mitreski, Arta Bilali-Zendeli and Lidija Tasevska withdrew the Draft-Law on Amending the Law on Foreign Affairs, in a shortened procedure, which concluded that the agenda was exhausted and that the 59th session ended.
