Baily: Any suggestion US wants to Run some court Resolution is False

Any suggestion that the US wants to run some court resolution is false, the country’s Ambassador to Macedonia, Jess Baily says, among other things, in the letter sent to Criminal Court President Ivan Dzolev on 18 December. In it, the Ambassador urges judges not to point to the Embassy as responsible for decisions they make when it comes to detention measures and verdicts. According to Baily, his country’s programmes for training and mentorship have been designed to improve professional skills and resistance of Macedonia’s judges so that they can withstand outside pressure and make independent and grounded decisions.
