EU members are today getting familiarised with the French proposal to lift the veto for Skopje, while it will arrive tomorrow in Bulgaria’s Parliament for a stand to be voiced. The information was shared by Bulgarian media on Thursday. According to BGNES, Bulgarian PM Kiril Petkov has comprehensively familiarised his associates with his intention. “On Thursday, it will officially be sent to all EU members, while I will personally send it to Parliament. Emmanuel Macron and Olaf Scholz are behind me. We will accept it, while we will than fall and continue further.” That is allegedly Petkov’s plan, according to the Bulgarian agency. The Bulgarian National Radio confirmed on Thursday the news, adding that it would the same day officially arrive at the Bulgarian Government.
