Bulgarian PM Borissov Congratulates Zaev on Re-Election as SDSM Leader

Bulgarian PM Boyko Borissov congratulate Zoran Zaev on his re-election as leader of SDSM at the first-ever intra-party election that took place in Macedonia in SDSM, or in any other political party. “I congratulate Zaev on his re-election as SDSM leader. Both of us agree that the solutions we need to implement for dealing with the bilateral issues between our countries should not be postponed, for the sake of our mutual history and our mutual European future,” Borissov wrote on Facebook. Zaev responded with a Facebook status in which he wished Borissov good luck at the upcoming parliamentary election in Bulgaria. “We agreed that the answers to the issues open between our two countries lie within the Good-neighbourliness Agreement, and we shall work together on resolving issue sand bringing the people in both countries closer together,” Zaev wrote.
