The Chamber of Enforcement Agents came out with a reaction in relation to the press release issued by Austrian Ambassador Georg Woutsas, in which he addressed criticism to all enforcement agents, judges, prosecutors and notaries involved in a dispute between a company from Austria and two companies from North Macedonia. “In May 2023, the Austrian company, dissatisfied with the final resolutions about their dispute with the companies from our country, addressed a request to our chamber to examine the actions of the enforcement agent involved in this case. After our thorough investigation, we concluded that the agent in question did not make any illegal actions,” the reaction writes.
