Constitutional Court: Lloga Misinforming the Public

According to the Constitutional Court, it’s not true that it’s been requested an opinion in any form about further action in terms of issuing certificates.

As the institution said on Thursday, neither the Office for Management of Registers of Births, Marriages, and Deaths nor the Justice Ministry has sent such communication. In the press-release, the Court said it was reacting to the untrue claims by Minister Krenar Lloga in the interview with Sitel TV, adding that he was misinforming the public regarding the Guidelines for Management of Registers of Births, Marriages, and Deaths.
