Strong support for North Macedonia’s EU integration pat has been expressed by Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias. At Wednesday’s press-conference in Skopje with his counterpart, Bujar Osmani, the Greek politician stated that the negotiations should start immediately. “We are sure and deeply believe the negotiations with North Macedonia and Albania should start right away,” he said. According to Osmani, a start of negotiations with Skopje and Tirana is the best way to bring back the European credibility. The same day, in the frames of his visit to North Macedonia’s capital, Dendias also met with PM Dimitar Kovacevski. North Macedonia’s Government is focused on strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries with full commitment to fulfilling the obligations arising from the Prespa Agreement and expressed readiness for full implementation of the Action Plan to intensify and enrich the Skopje-Athens cooperation.
