The Deputy PM for European Affairs, Bujar Osmani, held a meeting on Monday with the experts that are part of the EU-organised Assessment Mission. The Mission aims to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative law system in two segments: administrative procedure and administrative disputes. According to Osmani, the rule of law is fundamental when it comes to building a modern, efficient and democratic society and at represents at the same time the most important benefit for citizens from the European integration process. The Mission will last four days and it will be followed by a preparation of a final report containing recommendations that will be an integral part of the reform processes. The meeting was also attended by Minister of Justice Renata Deskoska and Minister of Information Society and Administration Damjan Mancevski.
