In an interview for MIA, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Dimitrov spoke about his recent visit to Athens after the change of government in Greece, and comments on will and how it will affect the integration of Macedonia in NATO and EU. “Both our countries are focusing on the implementation of the Prespa Agreement. It is normal for us to get to know each other on bilateral basis after the shift of power in Greece. This agreement has a dimension of international law, hence I believe that none of the countries would take actions that could violate it. I think the trust between North Macedonia and Greece will gradually increase, and I do not believe the new government will obstruct the integration of our country in NATO or the EU. We need to have more often meetings in order to improve our bilateral relations even further,” Dimitrov said.
