The President of the European Commission jean Claude-Juncker congratulated Stevo Pendarovski on behalf of the EU on his victory in the 2019 Macedonian presidential election. In his greetings, Juncker encourages Pendrovski to maintain the reforming course of the country towards EU. “The election result is another confirmation of the European perspective of your country. EU believes that the Prespa Agreement is exceptional and crucial for the success in the progress towards the Euro-Atlantic integrations of North Macedonia,” Junkcer writes. The PM of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj, the President of Kosovo Hashim Thaci and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic also congratulated Stevo Pendarovski via Facebook on his election victory.
