At a press-conference on Saturday, Foreign Minister Osmani highlighted five priorities during his term. The first and most important one is good-neighbourly relations. In addition to the implementation of bilateral obligations, according to Osmani, they’re entering a new stage of long-term and stable friendship. The second one is the country’s regional obligation to create long-term stability and de-Balkanisation of the region. Osmani pointed to the formation of the negotiating framework and a start of membership negotiations as a separate priority. Also, he presented the priorities of foreign policy in the frames of the negotiations process as well. The Minister also highlighted economic diplomacy, too, as an additional priority. The last but equally important priority is support for multilateralism, raising the presence in the frames of multilateral organisation.
