Government Dismisses SEI Director Petrovska

The Government of North Macedonia reached a decision at a session held on Wednesday to dismiss from her post Director of the State Environment Inspectorate (SEI) Ana Petrovska. According to DOM leader Maja Moracanin, Petrovska, who is also a DOM member, was dismissed upon complaints from employees in SEI and as well as from citizens, claiming she has not been working properly. Petrovska will be replaced by Sreten Stojkovski. At the same session, the government also decided to promote Stojance Angelov to the position Director of the Crisis Management Centre, which till now he was occupying as an acting director only.
