First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Political System and Inter-Community Relations, Artan Grubi, from the first panel of the international conference in Skopje, said that the biggest threat to economies is corruption, not the pandemic. The initial basis for economic recovery, Grubi added, is the fight against organized crime and corruption. “We must start reporting corruption today. We are not talking about propaganda or unfounded party accusations, but about really well-argued factual situations and cases. Let’s form a coalition – the government, non-governmental organizations, the business community, science, all of us to unite and stand in the way of corruption,” Grubi called. He noted that the rule of law is also necessary.
