Hearing in 27 April Incident to Resume Wednesday

The hearing for the 27 April parliament incident where protected witness S1 is to be heard is set to resume on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. The Tuesday hearing from which the public was excluded started in the new building of the Criminal Court but for technical reasons it was transferred to the old court building. However, the quarrel between the judges and the defence attorneys with regard to the trial conditions led to fines being issued against the defence attorneys, 1,000 euro each, and they left the hearing. In this case after eight months in detention MPs Ljuben Arnaudov and Saso Vasilevski from the ranks of VMRO-DPMNE were released from house arrest and their guarantees of 300,000 and 400,000 euro were accepted.
