HM: 120 New Cases, 4 Deceased, 123 Recover from COVID-19

The Health Ministry informs that in the last 24-hours 954 tests have been performed which revealed 120 new COVID-19 cases in the country, 64 of which have been registered in Skopje. The total number of active cases in the country is 3550. MoI has reported 412 violations of protective equipment measures for the same period.“If there is any necessity or justification for action that comes from the Infectious Diseases Committee, we will certainly make such decisions because our great priority is to protect ourselves, to protect the state and to protect the health of citizens,” said Technical Prime Minister Oliver Spasovski , answering a reporter’s question about whether it is possible to close the north border given the COVID-19 situation. He underlined that the Government and institutions monitor and analyse the situation in the country and in the region on daily basis.
