Investigations in “Zan Mitrev” Clinic Continue

Health Minister Bekim Sali informed at a press conference that an official team of the Agency for Medications MALMED is holding a meeting with representatives from the “Zan Mitrev” clinic in order to determine whether all legal procedures for implementation of the clinical research about the procedure of hemofiltration have been respected. “We are yet to investigate how the process of hemofiltration was used in the clinic. We will have more concrete details once MALMED, the Public Prosecutor and the State Health and Sanitary Inspectorate (DZSI) complete their investigations. The Health Ministry in meantime remains open for cooperation with all institutions of the state and organisations for resolving this case,” Sali said.
