Janakieski’s Team Sends Application to Merge All Time Client Spent in Detention

Ex-Transport and Communications Minister Mile Janakieski’s team has sent the application to merge all the time he has spent in detention, four years and eight months, in order for that to be calculated into the sentence of 3.5 years in the Titanic case. The goal is him not serving the prison sentence. In the explanatory note, Janakieski’s lawyer, Elenko Milanov, says the application is not in contradiction with North Macedonia’s Constitution and Criminal Code.
