Head of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office (BPPO) Ljubomir Joveski said in an interview for MIA that businessman Bojan Jovanovski has been allowed to present his accusations and file charges against individuals he believes are involved in criminal activities. “Prosecutors at BPPO took his statements and are processing his claims and indications, and very soon they will make further decisions concerning these claims. Jovanovski was given this opportunity on several occasions, I even assigned a prosecutor to visit him in prison and take his statements, but then he refused cooperation, but decided to state his claims later,” Joveski said.
