Judicial Council Asks why Lloga and Ademi haven’t Come to Sessions

The Judicial Council asked why Justice Minister Krenar Lloga and Supreme Court Head Besa Ademi, despite being properly invited, haven’t come to its sessions for a longer period of time.

In response Lloga, on Wednesday, cited the GRECO’s recommendations for the Minister not to be part of the body. However, he also pointed to, as he said, the great violation of the credibility of Council members lately.

The Minister added that his predecessors hadn’t gone to the sessions, stressing that he didn’t have the right to vote because he was a member by position, so it didn’t affect the decision-making and legal operations of the Council.
