After almost 20 years, it is important for the country to conduct a census, as it will enable government institutions to develop and implement policies for the benefit of citizens based on updated data. In my view, the law was prepared according to the best practices and standards of various institutions with competence in this area, such as the UN Economic Commission for Europe and Eurostat,” said Ambassador Koja when asked if the Census Law adopted by Parliament will allow a quality census.
