PM-designate Dimitar Kovacevski said in an interview for talk-show “Top Tema” on Telma TV that he is looking forward to the meeting with Bulgarian PM Kiril Petkov with hope to move forward the processes for lifting the blockade for the EU integration of North Macedonia. “Petkov announced and will come to Skopje, in order for us to reinstate the trust in this process through dialogue. We need to discuss matter while looking into the future, towards economic and cultural cooperation between our two countries. We also hope for significant progress and cooperation in the field of economy and infrastructure. Still, we shall stick to the Resolution adopted by our Parliament concerning the red lines of North Macedonia in these negotiations. We also want to focus on raising the level of political culture in our country. That is why, once the new government is established and all ministers assume offices, I shall invite VMRO-DPMNE Leader Hristijan Mickoski for a meeting at which we shall discuss current affairs and attempts to find solutions for laws and regulations the adoption of which is important for improving the living standards of the citizens of our country,” Kovacevski said.
