Kovacevski: We’re Glad VMRO-DPMNE Accepted Constitutional Changes

PM and SDSM leader Dimitar Kovacevski once again welcomed, as he said, the acceptance of VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski to support the adoption of the constitutional changes. Kovacevski said during a party event in Kavadarci that the country should take the chance given by the EU, which at the moment greatly prioritises its enlargement due to the situation in Ukraine. “All political parties should be united in the support of these processes that would secure our integration in the EU. This is a decision that we all have to make, for better life of all, the farmers, the common workers, the young people who currently are scattered through Europe earning for life and developing their careers. We must do this in order to bring Europe to our home,” Kovacevski said. From VMRO-DPMNE they issued a reaction, stating that PM Kovacevski seems to misunderstand their positions. “It looks like Kovacevski lives in a certain artificial reality, but he will realise it once he finds out that he does not have the two-third majority in the Parliament in order to start the process for constitutional changes. VMRO-DPMNE gave him two proposals for resolving the current situation, and he is yet to accept any of them,” writes the reaction of VMRO-DPMNE.
