Leadership Meeting Tuesday at 12:00 at President’s Cabinet

Leadership meeting will be held at the Cabinet of President Stevo Pendarovski on Tuesday at 12:00 o’clock. The meeting will be attended by the presidents of the parliamentary political parties from the government and the opposition, who won parliamentary seats in the last parliamentary elections. According to the President’s Cabinet, the presidents of SDSM, Zoran Zaev, VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, DUI, Ali Ahmeti, Alliance for Albanians, Ziadin Sela, Alternativa, Afrim Gashi, Besa Movement, Bilal Kasami and DPA Menduh Thaci have announced their presence at the meeting. Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi and Prime Minister Oliver Spasovski will also attend the meeting. Video clips and photos of the meeting will be distributed to the media by the Cabinet’s Press Service shortly after the leadership meeting. Press releases after the leadership meeting will be broadcast on the MRT Public Service, the President’s Facebook page and the YouTube channel. “Because of the measures and recommendations by the Government for the protection from coronavirus, we encourage the media to download the video material and the photographs that will be distributed immediately,” informs the President’s Cabinet. On Monday, most political party leaders, including SDSM, VMRO-DPMNE, DUI, BESA and others expressed their concern for the citizen’s health and recommended postponement of the upcoming elections in view of the of the coronavirus situation, which is expected to be the topic at the meeting.
