Lefkov: SCPC Should Investigate Case with Procurement of Vaccines from China

VMRO-DPMNE MP Mile Lefkov delivered on Monday to the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) what he claims to be evidence for the alleged illegal activities conducted by Health Minister Venko Filipce in the process for procurement of COVID-19 vaccines from Chinese company Sinopharm. “Today I delivered to SCPC documents which reveal that Filipce authorised a fictional company in Hong Kong to procure from Sinopharm around 200,000 vaccines for the price of 62.5 dollars per piece. These documents have on them the signature of Health Minister Filipce. It is now up to SCPC to investigate this case and examine the suspicious works of Filipce,” Lefkov said. From the Health Ministry they informed that they will give time to Lefkov to publicly apologise for the, as they claim, false news he promoted against Filipce and the Ministry, and if he does not conform, they will file lawsuits against him.
