Majority in Parliament Stable, Says SDSM Spokesperson Kuzeska

The majority in Parliament is stable, while the Government is fully focused on managing the crisis, SDSM Spokesperson Bogdanka Kuzeska stated on Monday. “Those are intra-party affairs, the President of the aprty voiced a stand yesterday, I would not comment on him,” she pointed out as far as the developments in relation to Ali Ahmeti’s party, DUI, are concerned. As the SDSM Spokesperson also explained, the Government is focused also on the screening process that is already underway. Around 20 dissatisfied DUI members, including Musa Xhaferi, Visar Ganiu, Nevzat Bejta, and Blerim Bexheti, in an open letter, called for an intra-party debate and called on Ahmeti to take action according to use his political authority and that based on the Statute. They levelled accusations at First Deputy PM Artan Grubi.
