MP Skender Rexhepi Zejd has formed his party, People’s Movement. The founding assembly was held on Saturday in Skopje.
“A good start of the political journey, a journey that will allow us to preserve the direction which started much earlier, but now with the new political concept under the umbrella of People’s Movement,” Rexhepi Zejd said on social media regarding the formation.
According to Rexhepi Zejd, who had first left Alternative and then acted as an independent MP, the formation is a result of the dissatisfaction within Afrim Gashi’s party, which didn’t give a possibility for change within Alternative, while he also didn’t see himself as part of some other political option that’s currently active.
