“There are no conditions for a visit of mine to France,” Bulgarian President Rumen Radev said on Wednesday, answering a question about the report from BGNES the previous day. As he explained, there are no conditions because there is no progress as far as the open issues between Skopje and Sofia are concerned. The Bulgarian President once again said he wanted to see real results. Also on Wednesday, Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani said that he was in regular communication with his Bulgarian counterpart, Teodora Genchovska, in direction of overcoming the differences during the French Presidency. As he added, there are numerous initiatives from international partners with own ideas to get involved in the talks, including France as the holder of the Presidency. However, Genchovska stated that the issue would not be resolved by the end of the French Presidency. She complained that associates of Bulgarian PM Kiril Petkov were sabotaging the work of her Ministry, adding that there was no chance of them succeeding.
