Non-Paper by Macedonian MoFA on Ukraine Conflict

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, with a non-paper, launches an international action aimed at acquainting Russian society with the real developments in Ukraine through people-to-people contacts and conveying the message that “the people are not to blame for the conflicts caused by their irrational leaders”. The document, published by “360 Degrees”, is sent to OSCE member states, the European Union, but also to other countries that have joined or independently imposed political and economic sanctions on Russia. The initiative is also in function of the future presidency of North Macedonia within OSCE.
