The National Security Agency (NSA) came out with an announcement in relation to the information they provided to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organised Crime (BPPOOC) that businessman Orce Kamcev was planning escape from the country. “In accordance with Articles 4 and 6 from the Law on NSA, we delivered to BPPOOC information that the person in question was making preparations to leave the country in order to flee the organs of justice. After this, BPPOOC filed to the Criminal Court a request for detention measure against the suspect, since he is charged in a judicial case in accordance with Article 273 of the Criminal Code,” NSA reports. In meantime, a Skopje Court rejected appeal filed by Kamcev and confirmed his 30-day detention.
