Osmani and Mickoski present Different stands on EU path

According to the Deputy PM for European Affairs, Bujar Osmani, Macedonia will get a date to start negotiations this year, but it wishes for that to happen this summer instead of in October. As he said on Saturday, the main reason for that lies in the elections in Greece, where, according to all results, a change of the government and a victory of New Democracy are expected. VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski doesn’t share Osmani’s optimism. In his view, the lack of results by the government is creating a distance between Macedonia and the EU.
