Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani has said North Macedonia’s positions with regards to Sofia are clear. As he explained on Wednesday, everything depends on Bulgaria’s constructiveness. Asked about the stand of his Bulgarian counterpart, Teodora Genchovska, that Skopje is considering concrete proposals to overcome the dispute it will submit to Sofia, the Minister stated that there were no such proposals. According to him, Skopje has so far said what it finds acceptable, adding that it was Bulgaria’s move now. As the Minister stressed, there are stakeholders in Bulgaria who want the blockade to continue and North Macedonia to be the one to blame.
