In a video message on Thursday, Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani thanked citizens for the comments and discussion resulting from his video posted 20 days ago.
In that video, the Minister was explaining the essence of the negotiating framework with the EU. “It’s noticeable that even though there were numerous comments, nobody presented a tangible argument to rebut the facts I presented,” Osmani noted.
The same day, the Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs, Bojan Maricic, started consultations with civil society organisations for preparation of the strategic documents required for the opening of the First Cluster.
