Osmani: We Need More Rationality, Less Emotions in Talks with Bulgaria

Foreign Affairs Minister Bujar Osmani said at a press conference that emotions should be set aside in the negotiations with Bulgaria over the bilateral disputes, and that both sides should approach the matter with more rationality. “The feeling is that in the first phase of the bilateral dialogue between Skopje and Sofia emotions prevailed, which is why we believe we need to change our approach, to apply more rationality and try to resolve issues with more mutual understanding. We are finalising the Action plan for the second inter-governmental conference, which we hope will bring our positions closer to each other,” Osmani said.
