Osmani Welcomes Decision for Release of Kosovo Police Officers in Serbia

Chairperson-in-Office of OSCE Bujar Osmani welcomed the decision of the Court in
Kraljevo, Serbia to release from custody the three Kosovo police officers, who were
arrested by Serbian officials several days ago. “I welcome Serbia’s Court decision to
release the three Kosovo policemen and call upon sides to commence implementation of
the CiO’s Roadmap for de-escalation and normalisation. OSCE is here to support this
process,” Osmani wrote on Twitter. The Kraljevo Court released the Kosovo police
officers, and confirmed the bill of indictment filed against them by the Serbian
authorities.
