Wednesday afternoon, Parliament adopted several draft decisions and one amended draft law, which refers to the fourth package of economic measures, within the 39th session. Initially, with 92 votes in favour, none abstained or against, the decision was made to declare a state of emergency in part of the territory, due to the high risk of increased entry and transit of migrants and to protect public health in a pandemic. This was followed by two decisions to send members of the Army to participate in the international operation of the United Nations UNIFIL in Lebanon. Parliament also adopted the Decision on appointing a President, Vice-President, members and deputy members of the National Council for European Integration, as well as the proposal for election of members of the National Council for Higher Education and Scientific Research.
