Police Fail to Find ex-PM Gruevski at Skopje Home after Warrant Issuance

On Monday, police stormed former PM Nikola Gruevski’s home in Skopje but didn’t find him there. That was the second attempt, after they had previously knocked on the door but nobody answered. Several hours prior, a warrant had been issued to find the former VMRO-DPMNE leader after he had failed to voluntarily report to prison in order to start serving the two-year sentence in the Tank case. The police teams around the building have left, Telma TV reported at around 7:50 pm. About an hour later, several media said they were continuing to try to find him.
