Talking about the Western Balkans in any time concept, Osmani said dialogue could be identified as a key shortcoming in the proper political surrounding. “For 20 years already, North Macedonia has been maturing in peace and stability: because the Ohrid Framework Agreement has provided an authentic model of internal integration and co-existence that I can say are unique not only in the Balkans, but may represent an example also for countries from the broader neighbourhood that are part of the EU,” the Minister noted.
