The EU Ambassador to Macedonia, Samuel Zbogar, considers that the country is on the right path as far as its Euro-integration ambitions are concerned. In his view, after everything that’s been done in the last months, progress can be noticed. “We know citizens look at processes with a critical eye, that they expect more. However, much has been done not only in improving relations with neighbours, but also in the sphere of reforms,” he said on Monday, adding that that would be acknowledged in the Report that would be presented on Wednesday. Zbogar expects the document to be supportive and positive. Regarding the results of the European elections, the Ambassador said there was increased support for European conservatives, but the pro-European parties still had a firm majority in the EP.
