On Thursday, former Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva, who’s among the suspects in the Racketeering case, spent three hours conducting insight into the evidence at the Prosecutor’s Office for Organised Crime and Corruption. Her lawyers said they hadn’t managed to see all pieces of evidence. “We started the insight into the case. Today, we didn’t manage to see all the evidence. Due to the Prison’s House Rules, Janeva had to be returned, whereas we continued the insight,” lawyer Deljo Kadiev said. Lawyer Irena Frckoska stated that they hadn’t been given the statement by suspect Zoran Milevski either, though that had to be done. “We were only given the ones by the witnesses, including those by the Special Prosecutor’s Office prosecutors,” she added. It remains unknown whether Janeva has voiced a stand on the bill of indictment.
