Remains of Deceased in Bus Accident Transferred to Country

Ten days later, the remains of those that died in the tragic bus accident were transported from Bulgaria to the country. They arrived this morning on two Bulgarian military transport planes at Skopje International Airport. The flight was delayed due to bad weather in Bulgaria. A special ceremony was organized at the Skopje airport on this occasion, attended by the state and military leadership, MPs, representatives of religious communities, as well as senior delegations from Kosovo and Albania. Army members took the remains from the planes and transferred them to the funeral vehicles, after which the procession headed to the eternal resting places of the dead. The handover of the remains began with a minute of silence.
