The Special Election Board (PIO), which will conduct the voting on July 13 at the homes of people infected with COVID-19 and people in self-isolation (home quarantine), will consist of health workers and representatives of political parties, informed Boris Kondarko, member of the State Election Commission. Similarly, on July 14, voting in the homes of the sick and chronically ill people will be conducted by the Basic Election Boards (OIO). The members will not wear coats as protection, because these are not positive cases from COVID-19, and they will only wear a protective mask, gloves and maintain distance. SEC described the voting procedure on July 15 stating they are obliged to conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection in each polling station in the country before the voting, regardless of the location or primary purpose of the building it will take place in.
