SEC Schedules and Then Reschedules Session on Election Activities

The State Election Commission rescheduled the session, which was supposed to begin at 14:30 on Tuesday. The notification from the SEC press service does not indicate the reason for the rescheduling, but only that the public will be informed in time about the new appointment. SEC, according to the government’s decree on issues related to the parliamentary elections, should continue to organize the election process, and prepare and publish the revised Agenda. Following the announcement of the elections on July 15, SEC should undertake all other technical and administrative activities for the preparation of the remaining election activities, in accordance with the Electoral Code and the Government Decree.
