Defence Minister Radmila Sekerinska said at a press conference on Tuesday that it is up to the PM-designate Dimitar Kovacevski to decide who will take her place as Defence Minister in the new government. “In my opinion, this is a rather vital and sensitive position in the government, a sector in which we have to obey our national laws and rules, but also those of NATO. In the Defence Ministry, the state needs to show if it can be trusted and whether the others can see a credible partner in it. There is no discussion over these principles, and I am certain the PM-designate has all this in mind while making the decision for new Defence Minister,” Sekerinska said. In meantime, SDSM Leader and PM-designate Dimitar Kovacevski, as Sitel TV reports, will reveal the composition of his cabinet on Wednesday.
